Shipping & orders
Where do your items ship from?
We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Our processing time is 3 to 5 business days. During holidays, restocks, and new launches, we can experience a small delay.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more in the USA.
Pre-Sale shipping times
Items labeled (Pre-Sale) will ship in the approximate timeframe given in the description of the item. These dates are not guaranteed and will not process in our normal 3-5 day processing window.
Can an order be changed or cancelled?
Because we try to fulfill every order as quickly as possible as soon as we receive it, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations at this time.
Returns, exchanges & pricing
Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns.
Damaged and defective products must be reported within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement.
Please send an email to info@oliveandrocket.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we will happily help you.

Do you do price adjustments?

Damaged or defective products

Care & fit
Care & wash instructions
Wash inside out, with Cold water on a Gentle cycle. Tumble Dry Low, or Air Dry is best for longevity.
Important Tips:
- Wash separately or with other Bamboo fabric products.
- Fabric Softener is not needed.
- Zip Up your Zippered One Pieces before turning inside out.
Why do my items fit differently?
There may occasionally be slight variations between every pajama due to a few factors, such as the color of the print, but most importantly, they are all hand sewn during manufacturing.
